Promoters held 51.57 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Sep-2021, while FII and DII ownership stood at 17.88 per cent and 18.21 per cent, respectively.

On the technical charts, the 200-day moving average of the stock stood at Rs 1757.82.

SJS Enterprises is among the three issues that hit the primary market in the holiday-shortened week. PB Fintech and Sigachi Industries are the other two issues that opened for subscription on Monday.

Tata Motors on Monday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 4,441.6 crore for the quarter ended September as against a net loss of Rs 314.5 crore in the year-ago quarter. The consolidated net loss reported by the company was higher than analysts’ estimate of Rs 3,451.9 crore net loss.

The Relative Strength Index of the stock stood at 49.09 on Monday.

In a statement, the company said it has delivered the highest ever consolidated quarterly profit with “strong growth across businesses” during the second quarter.

The Nifty Auto index was trading 1.47 per cent up at 11588.35.

The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 4577.45 and a 52-week low of Rs 2099.6.
