Half of the $1 billion sum would be converted to bitcoin and the other half used for infrastructure and bitcoin mining.

The S&P/ASX 200 rose 0.78% to close at 7,410.6, marking its best session since Nov. 12, after a 0.59% fall in the previous session.

The blue-chip CSI300 index was flat at 4,913.35, while the Shanghai Composite Index gained 0.2% to 3,589.09 points.

According to a release, DLF Cyber City Developers raised the funds through private placement of listed, secured and redeemable non-convertible debentures at an annual coupon of 6.7 per cent with the securities maturing in September 2024.

The company in a press release said it is raising its tariff rates from November 25. The lowest plan is now priced at Rs 99 against Rs 79 now.

The Relative Strength Index of the stock stood at 33.32 on Tuesday.

The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 354.55 and a 52-week low of Rs 203.85.

"I do not think in 2021, we will see 2008 like correction either in the primary market or the secondary market. In 2021, market was running ahead of fundamentals. It is taking a breather so that fundamentals can catch up now."

Binod Modi, Head Strategy at Reliance Securities, said given the niche presence of Latent View in digital analytics and consulting with a proven track record of profitable growth, there was strong appetite among investors about the IPO.
